JTCPL Designs Purpose

Continual growth and improvement by creating an ecosystem of like-minded individuals to change the language of workspace design-build by Team-centricity and Client-centricity with Passion, Integrity and Discipline thus enriching the lives we touch.

 

One of the many positive outcomes of my association with Dan Sullivan and The Strategic Coach programme was the chance to interact with Stefan Wissenbach. Author of the book, The Engaged Organisation and founder of the Engagement Multipliers programme for companies, Stefan was kind enough to walk JTCPL Designs through its four main tenets in an interactive workshop.

Below are the key takeaways from that experience for me and my team:

1. Creating an Ecosystem of Like-minded Individuals through an Engaged Purpose

Just like we write our personal goals down clearly at the beginning of each task, Stefan helped JTCPL Designs carve out one lucid focal point for our entire team. We are thus able to achieve the short-term goals in our projects, keeping the long-term ones in mind.

2. Engaged Ownership through Passion, Integrity and Discipline

As the founder and leader at JTCPL Designs, I like to involve myself deeply with every project we undertake. Stefan’s Engaged Ownership concept helped me understand how believing in the company and its future is what drives most organisations. Besides projects, ownership also involves being in touch with every team member.

3. Engaged Leadership for Continual Growth and Improvement:

Once the purpose and the owner’s vision are in sync, it’s important to identify the right leaders who proactively connect each team member.

4. Engaged Teams through Team-Centricity and Client-Centricity:

The programme wasn’t just carried out for the leadership at JTCPL Designs, but also various members of our team. We are now on course with our goal of running as a unified outfit that values and celebrates individuality and the Unique Ability of each team member, and further amplifying it through perfectly synced collaborations.

Stefan’s own enthusiastic involvement in this session served as a great reference point for me as a team leader. It’s when we have a clear purpose and a team, a leadership and an ownership that truly believes in it, that we can bring out the best from our unique abilities.

    We are at our joyful best in places that blow our breath away! Usually at the edge of the unkown, uncertain and the dangerous a precipice, a mountain top, down snow clad mountains while skiing, when the immensity of the landscape in front of us is incomprehensible and so on.

    Will be great when work spaces take our breath away and at the same time bring us all together to express our collective intelligence to make our work an expression of art!.
