Helm International is a multinational corporation providing a range of marketing and allied services to the pharmaceutical, chemical and agrochemical industries. The project envisioned a complete redesign and modernization of their work space. Surmounting all constraints, we created a workspace that truly delivered to client needs.

THE DESIGN BRIEF

Challenge

As an MNC, the client wanted their workspace to project a global and contemporary image. Further, the client had a unique requirement to accommodate a high number of enclosed spaces i.e. cabins. In addition, the client had a limited budget in which to achieve their desired workspace.

Solution

The design posed a significant challenge to the team, the client needs of contemporary style (which demanded openness) contrasted with their requirement of enclosed spaces.

The restrained budget helped us evolve the space through simplistic lines, speaking of minimalism and this feature evolved into the basis of our planning. The enclosed spaces were aligned along the walls while workstations were positioned centrally. The meeting room and the peon station were planned between the reception and the open office making them the highlight of the space. Our expertise and design experience was brought to bear on the 3400 Sq.Ft. of space to create an innovative design that was within the budget and most importantly made our clients extremely satisfied.
